In-house Valuations: A major USP, our knowledgeable and experienced in-house valuation team ensures speed, consistency and a streamlined process, turning valuations of customers’ homes around in as little as three days. It also ensures that we can build a relationship with the customer from day one.
Customer safety: During Covid, the valuation team adapted to ensure the process was safe for everyone. Having one valuer visit the home instead of a number of estate agents was a huge benefit.
Effective sales: Our team’s extensive experience of selling property brings results. Once a house is on the market, we aim to sell the home in 40 days; our current average is 28 days. This is almost twice as fast as the 50-day average* meaning customers can proceed with their new home purchase more quickly.
Bespoke marketing plans: We maximise interest at every step by triggering alerts at crucial points. Our account management team do this by following a clear, proven plan, that delivers results and, perhaps most importantly, keeps customers informed and motivated at every step.
Strong Account Management: Each housebuilder client gets a dedicated account manager, who also works with their customers so there is no re-explaining and no wasted time. We see ourselves as an extension of a housebuilder’s sales team and we work hard to add to that overall customer journey. We check in regularly with vendors and we liaise with all of the different stakeholders, eg. solicitors for both vendor and buyer, financial advisors and other estate agents in the chain. Ultimately, we do this, so housebuilders don’t have to. We proactively move each sale along at the required speed.
