Sarah Rankine, Account Manager
In her four years at Property Perspective, Sarah has progressed from receptionist through assistant account manager to her present role. Sarah oversees the marketing and sales progression of part exchange, agency assist and new build properties on behalf of national house builders.
Property Perspective provides customers with step by step marketing plans to sell their homes. Once an offer has been accepted, Sarah ensures all parties involved with the sale are working towards timeframes outlined by the clients (usually exchange within 4- 6 weeks and completion on notice).
Sarah’s top tips for people looking to sell their homes include to prepare and present your home for when you have viewers: “Don’t be afraid to share with viewers what attracted you to the property, and also to share your positive experiences of living there.”
Alex May, Account Manager
Keen traveller Alex joined Property Perspective after travelling round Australia and Asia. His job is to deliver as many house sales as possible, while making sure that those sales go through quickly and smoothly. That way we can deliver the agreed high level of service to our housebuilder clients.
Alex enjoys being part of the customer’s journey and making someone’s day when you help them secure the house that they dream of, whether that’s the person buying the home we’re marketing or the vendor who’s looking forward to their brand new home.
His top tip for sellers is to select a good solicitor as that will make the process much smoother.
Lee Revill, Account Manager
One of Property Perspective’s newest recruits, Lee has previous property experience from his role at a conveyancing solicitors. Lee is in constant contact with all parties involved in the purchase and sale of houses, making sure that solicitors are working to a tidy timeframe and also keeping the developers up to date with weekly reporting.
One tip he has for anyone looking to sell their home is to be very accommodating for viewings and have an open mind.
Jonathan Carr, Account Manager
Another new recruit, Jonny, started in November 2019 having previously worked for Enterprise Rent-a-car for two and a half years. His experience in a business management, sales and service role has meant he is very well placed to manage a portfolio of clients at Property Perspective.So far, he is enjoying the involvement with buyers and helping them along the way to purchasing their dream home.
Jonny’s top tip is to ensure customers respond to solicitors in a timely manner so there are no delays from their end and to make sure their solicitors are proactive.
Liberty Greaves, Assistant Account Manager
After working in finance, Liberty joined Property Perspective two years ago. Her role involves assisting the account managers by ensuring all properties are getting the right interest from potential buyers and, if not, figuring out what else they can do to generate interest and create a sale.
Liberty’s sales tip is to be willing to take our advice, especially when a price reduction is suggested – “We’re basing it on knowledge and experience,” she says.
Amanda Ritchie, Assistant Account Manager
Coming from a background in sales, Amanda started at Property Perspective nine months ago. Part of her role is to liaise with vendors/buyers and complete the administration background for the properties. She also manages how the properties are marketed, making sure each stage of the marketing process is being met in the required timeframes.
Zeenat Akhtar, Assistant Account Manager
After working at an estate planning company as part of the marketing team, Zeenat now works closely with the regional estate agents we use to make sure that all of the properties are being marketed in the most positive way.
Zeenat says that she’s learning so much every day and hopefully can apply her skills when the time comes for her to buy a house of her own.
Her top tip would be to not always accept the first offer you get!
