Redrow gives us a client's perspective

IT’S always good to hear from our housebuilder clients about how we support them and their customers.

We caught up with Redrow South Wales’ sales director, Beverley Wookey, to find out about the benefit our services bring to them, their customers and the business. 

Property Perspective is one of a number of service providers available to Redrow divisions to look after their very successful Help to Sell assisted move scheme.  We’re delighted to be working with the South Wales business at all nine of its current developments, from the flagship Plasdwr Garden City in North West Cardiff to new homes in sought-after locations such as Lisvane, Newport and Sudbrook.

Confidence in Property Perspective working with our customers

“Available at all of our developments, Help to Sell is designed to provide a smooth and easy house move for any customers who have an existing property to sell.

Redrow’s Cardiff-based operation has been working with Property Perspective for 18 months and, in that time, almost 70% of the homes Property Perspective has valued have gone on to become Help to Sell instructions.  Very occasionally Redrow South Wales agrees part-exchange transactions and Property Perspective looks after those sales too.

Timely exchanges 

“We have previously managed the Help to Sell process in-house in South Wales and we’ve also tried another supplier.  However, in the relatively short time that we have worked with Property Perspective, they have been amazingly efficient. The detail of their contract progression is fantastic and helps us in providing our customers with timely exchanges. In-house valuation team
