Property Perspective Staffs Up For West And Wales Expansion

PROPERTY sales specialist, Property Perspective, has appointed Scott Windle as Regional Valuer to service existing and new clients in the South West and South Wales.

Operating from bases near Bristol and Cardiff, Scott’s appointment comes during a period of growth for Property Perspective, including four new client wins.

Headquartered in Altrincham but operating across England and Wales, Property Perspective works with large and small housebuilders, property developers and housing associations. It can support them at every stage of their schemes, from initial land feasibility reports to selling the final few units.

Scott, 32, from Chippenham, Wiltshire, has spent 14 years in estate agency as a Negotiator and Valuer.  He’s worked for major corporates like Countrywide Group as well as independent chains; and his most recent role was as Sales Valuation Manager for Wiltshire independents, Strakers.

“My previous experience seemed to suit the Property Perspective role perfectly and I wanted to use my knowledge and experience and work for a forward thinking, pro-active, friendly and professional company. I’m looking forward to growing the business more in the South West and South Wales, which are areas I know very well.”

The father of one’s role will see him work closely with housebuilder clients and use his knowledge to help them to make informed decisions on properties they buy-in through part exchange and homes they help to sell through their assisted move schemes.

“When potential buyers visit a new homes development, they often have an existing property to sell.  The housebuilder will frequently facilitate that through part-exchange or assisted sale, and that’s where we step in. We will look after the onward sale of the customer’s existing property,” Scott explains.

“That includes valuing the property and using our market intelligence to agree the right price to suit all parties. That’s my principle role – and then our account management teams will tailor a marketing approach.”

Scott thinks the start of a new year and a little more certainty over Brexit is adding to consumer confidence in the housing market: “We’re seeing more people wanting to make the move. There are a lot of young families looking to step up the ladder and move to a bigger house – typically to a property which is more open plan with a kitchen/dining/family living space. Their first port of call may well be a brand new home and I’m looking forward to the opportunities this will then bring for Property Perspective”

Welcoming Scott, John Jarvis, Managing Director at Property Perspective said: “Our recent client wins included Redrow’s South Wales business and we have other clients in the South West and South Wales. Scott is a great asset to the team and he will enable us to expand our presence in those areas. His background and wealth of experience mean he is well equipped to offer a full range of professional services to developers and their customers.”
