Current Government guidelines on moving house mean that many of the transactions we are involved in are now inevitably on hold.
However, we are still here to deal with your queries and help in whatever way we can.
Contact - Our main telephone number is still being answered during office hours and all e-mails will be dealt with and responded to. If you have any questions, please email your usual Account Manager in the first instance, but copy in email@example.com. This may help to ensure a faster reply.
Valuations – We are unable to conduct face to face valuations but can potentially offer homeowners a FaceTime style remote consultation and produce an interim appraisal on this basis with the customer's authority.
Homebuilder clients with any new customer applications should continue to send them to our valuations inbox.
Viewings – Again, while we are unable to arrange viewings, we are doing our best to maintain interest in properties ready for when things start getting back to normal. We can guide vendors on the option of making a short video of their property which we can then send to potential buyers.
Any requests for viewings will be logged and contacted to arrange an appointment at the appropriate time and vendors will be kept updated of any enquiries.
Above all, we will endeavour to ensure that we don’t lose any ground and pick up where we have left off once we are through this.
