From a founder and managing director who spent over 26 years in sales and senior management roles with national housebuilders, to an account management team that really gets to the heart of what’s needed, Property Perspective has all the tools to offer a unique and tailor-made service. 

That’s what makes us Part Exchange and Agency Assist experts. And one of our biggest USPs is that we have the knowledge, experience and expertise to know exactly what housebuilders need when it comes to selling their customers’ existing properties.

In fact, our founder and managing director John Jarvis has created the business he wished existed when he was a sales director for volume housebuilders.

Strong relationships

Building strong and meaningful relationships with customers AND clients is crucial and our account management team is at the centre of this. 

Each client we work with is partnered with a dedicated account manager, who will be on hand to look after customers’ needs and make their journey a positive one throughout.

Our wealth of experience means we are fully equipped to deal with every situation that comes our way, including managing lengthy completion times and overcoming some of the frustrating challenges of sales progression that can occur along the way.

Our account managers fully understand the importance of maintaining healthy relationships with sales managers, sales directors and the wider sales team and they take an approachable ‘can do’ attitude to everything they do

We don’t believe in ‘them’ and ‘us’. We regularly attend our clients’ sales meetings and join in half- year and full-year conference calls so everyone is up to date and we all share the same goals and expectations.

Knowledge is key

The wider team at Property Perspective can also strengthen clients’ sales teams in lots of other ways, including in-person and online training, information sharing and regular email updates to ensure field sales teams are armed with everything they need to impart the benefits of our services to their customers with confidence.  

We also run competitions and incentives which help cement bonds between the Property Perspective team and development based sales advisers. Developing strong relationships with the individuals selling homes out on site is paramount to long-term success. It drives up the number of applications for Agency Assist or Part Exchange - and more applications ultimately means more sales of new homes.
