Our motto ‘For housebuilders, by housebuilders’ reflects the experience our team has of working in the industry, with many of the team having previously worked in the new homes sector themselves.

Our Account Management team has over 20 years combined experience under the Property Perspective brand, backed of course by managing director John Jarvis’ 38 years in housebuilding sales and management. 

We instinctively understand the services that housebuilders need and the support that their customers need - and we have adapted our ways of working to successfully sell homes in a post-Covid world.

An account manager just for you

All of our clients receive their own dedicated account manager who is their primary point of contact, meaning there is no re-explaining and no wasted time.

That same account manager will be the chief point of contact for homeowners too, from the first day their house goes on the market until the day it completes. Our marketing plans keep vendors informed and motivated at every step of the process.

Our account managers report to their housebuilder clients on a weekly/twice weekly basis, updating them on a wealth of information such as the number of houses on the market plus houses that have a sale agreed.

Each account manager has a colleague assisting them as necessary, so they can be more focused on the sales progression and make sure each sale goes through as quickly and smoothly as possible. 

 

Transforming vendors into buyers 

When a customer walks into one of your developments with a property to sell, we will turn them into a proceedable, motivated applicant, who can move forward with a new home purchase once a sale is agreed quickly on the existing property.
